All Punchmade pieces are made to order. Orders are sent to production every Monday, take about 4 to 5 days to make, then 3 to 5 business days to ship. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery. US Standard shipping is $9.99.

All Sales Final

Every Punchmade piece is made to order just for you, so all sales are final. We don't accept returns or offer refunds for wrong sizes or change of mind, so please double check your size before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email support@punchmade.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send you a replacement at no cost.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they go to production, which happens every Monday. After that they can't be canceled.
