Returns
Punchmade offers a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any costs associated with exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unworn and unused

Have all original tags attached

Be in its original packaging

Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Punchmade is not responsible for returned items until they are received at our warehouse. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of delivery. Lost returns will not be eligible for refund without verified delivery confirmation.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return:

Email us at support@punchmade.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, you will receive detailed return instructions along with the authorized return address.

Ship your item only after receiving confirmation from our support team.
Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Processing times may vary depending on your shipping carrier. Once received, returns are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that financial institutions may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Punchmade is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or payment providers.
Buy Now, Pay Later Services
If you purchased your order using a third-party installment payment provider such as Clearpay, Afterpay, Shop Pay Installments, or similar services:

Your payment agreement remains between you and the provider.

Punchmade does not control payment approval decisions.

If you return items, your installment plan will be adjusted once your return is processed.

For payment disputes or installment schedule questions, please contact your payment provider directly.
Refunds for installment purchases are typically processed within 5–10 business days after return approval.
